Better Built
Engineer- Designed "Right Sized" HVAC system
The Right HVAC System Makes All The Difference
We use a third-party HVAC engineer to identify the proper, and most efficient size system for each and every home we build. This isn’t just about making sure your HVAC system is big enough. It’s about making sure your HVAC system is the optimal size because an over-sized system is really no better than an undersized system as it will not run efficiently. Besides calculating the proper size, the engineer also determines optimal ductwork and return placement. After installation, the engineer returns to inspect, test and score the system which includes using a balometer to measure the balance of airflow, supply and return. In the end, you get HVAC that runs quieter and cycles properly which ultimately saves you money.
What does this mean for you?
A properly sized HVAC system makes a noticeable difference in your daily comfort and long-term costs. You'll enjoy consistent temperatures throughout your home, without hot or cold spots. Because the system isn’t constantly turning on and off—or running longer than it should—it operates more quietly and lasts longer. You’ll also benefit from better humidity control and improved air quality, which means a healthier, more comfortable living environment. And perhaps most importantly, the increased efficiency translates to lower energy bills month after month. It’s a difference you’ll feel—and see—in every season.
