Meet with one of our New Home Specialists to find the perfect lot for you, whether that is in one of our communities or building on your land. We take into consideration where you will live, building in communities near reputable schools, with easy access to highways, shopping and dining.

2. Choose Your Floor Plan

Find the home that fits your needs and style. Your New Home Specialist is there to guide you through all the best options.

3. Meet Your Designer

Meet your design consultant and have fun personalizing your brand new home. Choose from our various design packages and then customize from there.

4. Meet Your Construction Team

Meet your Construction Team who will accompany you through pre-construction, pre-sheetrock meeting & homeowner orientation.

5. Closing

We can't wait to celebrate with you on closing day. Upon the completion of your home, you will be led through a home orientation to learn about your new home and important maintenance tips.

6. Warranty

After closing, we are still here for you. With a 1-year builders warranty, our team is dedicated to evaluating and helping with issues if anything should arise.
