Pre-Construction Approvals and Permits
After you pick your homesite, floor plan, and design selections, we’ll start the home building process. To build a home, obtaining the necessary permits and approvals typically kicks things off. This includes:
- Zoning and building permits
- Homeowners’ association approvals (if applicable)

Site Preparation and Foundation
