Yorktown, our Beacon Homes community near Tulsa, is getting a lot of notice these days from homebuyers who appreciate the great location and the community amenities planned. Our Parade of Homes Award for Yorktown’s model home also brought interested home shoppers to our growing Jenks neighborhood. But we have another home that’s worthy of a closer view in the new home community. Check out Beacon Homes’ Spotlight Home of the Month at 12912 South 5th Place in Yorktown.
We chose the Saybrook design for this particular homesite. While all of our new homes are designed with curb appeal in mind, we wanted to showcase the Saybrook, which has been a favorite among our homeowners in our other communities in the Oklahoma City suburbs: Covell Valley, The Grove, Monarch Ridge, and Rush Brook. The architectural details add character to the home. The combination of siding and brickwork on the facade with the soft gray accents create a natural look.
The Saybrook at 12912 South 5th Place is nicely sized with 2,231 square feet of indoor living space. This single-level home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car garage—plenty of growing room!
Enter this spacious home from the front porch (a great place to add your decorative touches) and just beyond the foyer, you’ll be welcomed with an open concept floor plan—the generous, wall-free space that combines your living room, dining area, and kitchen into one seamless space. You won’t be closed off in the kitchen while all the fun (and conversation) is happening in the living room or at the dining room table. You can grab a snack during the game without missing a play. And for entertaining, there’s nothing like an open floor plan to keep the flow going smoothly!
