We sat down with Cori Masters, our incredible OSC, to give you insight into what it’s like to work closely with one of these wonderful team members!
What are you most excited about when you come to work at Beacon Homes every day?
This team is so positive and knowledgeable about the communities and areas they work in that I love learning together every day! Everyone is on the same page!
What are some things you love about your role at the company?
I love helping buyers understand how the buying process works! This is one of the most exciting
moments in their life so I want to make it easy and fun, and not overwhelming or tiresome. I love getting to know them and what their dream home looks like.
One of my favorite things is helping buyers that don’t think they can buy at the moment by connecting them with the right people to find the right home in their price range! I also love helping prospects that don’t speak english. Speaking Spanish has allowed me to help buyers that didn’t speak english buy a new home! I am from Argentina so I understand Latino buyers and their culture.
What do you wish people knew more about your role at Beacon Homes?
That I am here to help. My job is to help buyers, not sell to them. Buyers can talk to me as a friend. This is an exciting time so share your dreams and we’ll find your perfect home together! I can help in Spanish or Italian if they need help too
What are some of your interests or hobbies?
I studied photography in Italy and worked as a photographer in Italy and Japan! Traveling has been one of my passions since I was a teenager. I love learning new things too! Right now my biggest hobby is my family. I have two little ones that I run around with all day long! My husband is a pilot and we enjoy flying together too.
Anything else we should know about you?
One of my favorite things about this job is that I get to listen to my buyers’ stories! I LOVE stories! So I am always happy to listen when a buyer wants to share. I’ve lived in many places so I understand how complicated it can be to move from a different state or continent. I can be a good resource for any buyer!
