The Latest News on Beacon Homes’ Communities near OKC and Tulsa

When you’re in the business of building, things keep “growing on”. We have new homes under construction, neighborhoods expanding, and some communities that are about to be sold out. So you don’t miss an opportunity, here’s the latest news on Beacon Homes’ communities near OKC and Tulsa.

Close-outs at The Grove

The Grove is a large community of single-family homes in the Deer Creek area of Edmond. In addition to the outstanding school district that serves students living in The Grove, the community amenities are a real plus. The swimming pool, fitness center, splash park, playgrounds, and walking trails add to the quality of the lifestyle here.

Beacon Homes is currently closing out 2 phases. We have 2 move-in ready homes and 2 homesites remaining in Blooms Terrace. In Old Stone at The Grove, only 1 new home now under construction at 18909 Hill Valley Way and 4 homesites  are left before this neighborhood is sold out. Orchard has a new model home that’s worth a look! This area is selling quickly and we expect to close it out in the near future.

Meanwhile, Beacon Homes is planning to launch a new phase at The Grove this summer, so stay tuned for updates!

Monarch Ridge reaches the halfway mark

Monarch Ridge offers so much more than beautiful, new construction homes. This family-friendly neighborhood combines the educational advantage of the Deer Creek School District and the community playground, pavilion, and grilling area for socializing and recreation.

This Southwest Edmond neighborhood is still fairly new but word has spread. We’ve already sold half of the homes and homesites available. Beacon Homes has a broad variety of floor plans to build your dream home, from just under 1,700 square feet to more than 2,400 square feet, with so many options to personalize each one.

Splash pad added to Rush Brook

Picture spending the summer by the pool while the kids get wet and wild in the splash park. That’s part of the good life at Rush Brook in Northwest Edmond, as well as community walking trails and parks. Santa Fe High School, ranked one of the best in the state, is nearby, and the elementary school is just down the street. Living in Rush Brook also means easy access to major roadways that make commuting a breeze.

Beacon Homes has 2 neighborhoods here, Watermark and Cornerstone. Watermark has reached the halfway mark. The spacious homes in Cornerstone, up to nearly 3,000 square feet, are almost sold out, so there is a rush for Rush Brook! Take a look at our homes that are ready now and under construction.

Woodland Park is now open

This exciting, master-planned community is progressing in the Chisholm Creek area of East Edmond, both with the new homes and amenities that are unmatched in the area. Close to I-35, Woodland Park is ideal for commuters, including Tinker Air Force Base.

Woodland Park’s clubhouse, fitness center, splash park, basketball court, and playground are underway. Are you going to be one of the first to experience this staycation-style living?

The estate homes we’re building here are exceptional, too. We currently have our first move-in ready homes at Woodland Park now available. The model home at 8709 Cherry Blossom Road will soon be ready to showcase Beacon Homes’ popular Charleston floor plan, along with the quality of our design and construction.

New model opening soon in Covington at Yorktown

Jenks is already a sought-after Tulsa suburb. Once you set your sights on Jenks, Yorktown presents a desirable place to come home to. In addition to the homes we’re building in Birmingham at Yorktown—including our award-winning model—Beacon Homes is expanding into the brand new area, Covington at Yorktown. This new area is tucked behind the existing neighborhood, separated by a scenic bridge. Private without feeling isolated, Covington will feature a new collection of Beacon Homes floor plans. We have two homes currently under construction, so make plans to tour your various options for living at Yorktown.

Whether you’re planning to move soon or seeing it in your future, stay in touch with Beacon Homes.
