We were initially drawn to Beacon Homes due to their attractive aesthetics and attention to detail. We continue to recommend them to anyone who asks, not only because of how great the house looks, but also because of how simple the process was and how professional they were each step of the way.

Overall construction and structural integrity of the house is excellent. Good communication from the field during construction. Change order costs in most cases seemed reasonable. The lot required a lot of dirt work, and Beacon graded the lot consistent with our agreements. Andy was the driving force and kept things moving.

I was most satisfied with the communication and detail that went into mapping everything out before bills began.

We can only say that "Our Dream House" (as we call it) was a gift from God above indeed. And it all started with you, AJ, a true blessing as we entered your sales office at the right time, on the right day and at the right moment.  From there on everything moved smoothly and we were so blessed to deal with you.  You made everything easy and so pleasant.  We saw our house building up from July to November.  We came each weekend and of course every other day myself.  Each day was more exciting than the other as we could see how "Our Dream House" was becoming more and more beautiful.  You are so amazing AJ, you always answered every question or concern even on your days off showing us your true dedication and devotion to your customers.  You treat your customers as you want to be treated and that makes you an outstanding salesperson!
