Deer Creek is a very desirable area, because of the convenience and the outstanding schools, and there are many choices in Southwest Edmond. These unspoiled areas that contribute to the serenity have been one of the deciding factors to choose to come home to Monarch Ridge.
Most of Monarch Ridge’s homesites afford views of the green spaces, a calming feature that enhances the country feeling here. We decided to make these views even more enticing, so Beacon Homes more than doubled the landscaping budget to create the image we’ve always pictured.
